Professional with more than 25 years of experience in the copper industry, starting as metallurgical and operations engineer until occupying administrative and managerial positions, with publications in the most select events and specialty magazines in the world, with more than 15 granted patents, where he has led short process metallurgy, medium and long term, in addition to research, development and innovation in the design and start-up of new pyrometallurgical and electrochemical processes. Other aspect important is leadership in the discipline of processes in the different phases of the Smelter and Refinery modernization structural projects. Professional with high experience in leading high performance work teams (Codelco, Institutes,universities and others) to implement innovation projects in processes and technology transfer.
